Paul Brasher, P.E.
Mr. Brasher has over 25 years experience working on municipal and land development projects. He has designed residential and industrial subdivisions, transportation improvements, landfills, commercial developments, as well as water, sewer, storm drain and gas line networks. His experience in water projects includes reservoirs, hazardous waste disposal facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer master plans, and performed pipe network analyses and water rights studies.
Mr. Brasher also has an expertise in electric substation and switching station
planning and design, and has provided civil design, surveying and construction
management services on more than 80 electric facilities for the Public Service
Company of New Mexico. Paul is experienced in all aspects of civil site construction including construction management, surveying and inspection.

Dennis A. Lorenz, P.E.
Mr. Lorenz has over 25 years experience in municipal engineering, land development, grading, drainage, flood control, utilities and transportation. He has designed and managed projects for public and private clients including: public infrastructure, residential subdivisions, commercial land development, land master planning, dry utility coordination, flood control and erosion mitigation. His particular expertise lies in drainage and flood control where he has worked on regional drainage Masterplans, flood insurance studies, public storm drainage infrastructure projects, and storm drainage improvements for various land development projects, including residential subdivisions, shopping centers, office complexes, and industrial sites.
